Sonos Speaker Mac Address

The second-generation Sonos One is a versatile wireless speaker with excellent sound quality, support for multi-room audio, and your choice of Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant voice control. Sonos Beam is a more compact speaker and can fit almost anywhere. Playbar and Playbase have more speakers, so they produce louder sound with more width and bass. Beam is perfect for small to mid-sized rooms, whereas Playbar and Playbase are capable of filling large spaces. The Sonos Roam features both Wi-Fi and is the second speaker to feature Bluetooth, like its larger sibling, the Move. According to an online press briefing we attended, Sonos says the Roam is the 'best sounding ultra portable speaker, ever made.' The new Sonos speakers works seamlessly between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Sonos says that the speaker lasts 10 hours on a charge and can live in sleep mode for up to 10 days. The Roam can be recharged via USB-C or Qi wireless charging. Sonos says it's selling a specific charging dock for the speaker that uses magnets to secure the roam while charging.

The company has recently taken the wraps off its latest speaker, the Sonos Roam. As you can see in the photo, this speaker has been designed in the same veins as other portable Bluetooth speakers, where it is relatively small and compact and easy to stow away in your bag. It will support both WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, where the latter can be used while on the go, and the former can be used while you're at home.

As expected from a Sonos speaker, it will feature support for direct streaming from various streaming services, plus it also plays nicely with various digital assistants, and there is also AirPlay 2 support for iOS users. The Roam will offer up to 10 hours of continuous playback and has also been rated as IP67, meaning that it will be able to withstand a bit of water, making it usable outdoors while you're camping or hiking.
